Shipping Policy
Discrete shipping– Shipping and Billing will be discrete. Packages will not contain any mention of an adult company.
Cost– shipping will have a standard fixed rate of $5.00 for regular-sized items. Items outside normal measurements could require an additional cost. Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping– Shipping will be available through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to the US and its territories. Our products will ship out of our warehouse in Colorado, USA. Once they are processed, they will be transferred to the post office. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Separate shipping– If an item is back-ordered, items may be shipped separately. This may require an additional shipping cost.
Shipping options– We provide shipping options with United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Wrong address– We may not be held responsible for purchases not received as a consequence of providing an incomplete or inaccurate delivery or billing address.
In order to change the delivery or billing address on a purchase, please contact [email protected]within the first 24 hours after purchase.
Lost shipment– Any claim regarding damage due to shipment or lost mail must be made directly through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Return Policy
Non-Returnable Products– Unless covered by warranty, these Balanced Body products are not returnable:
Returns– For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

If you believe your product may be defective, please contact us immediately to be able to process a return or exchange.
If you believe you’ve received a product by mistake, contact us immediately with a picture of the unopened product and the order number to process a return or exchange.
Cancelation– To cancel an order, you must contact us within the first 24 hours after it was placed. The request must be made through [email protected].
